Oceanus Drive

Oceanus is a minimalist house that endeavors to downplay its 7,500 sq ft stature on a large hillside lot in the Hollywood Hills a few minutes drive away from the Sunset Strip. Designed in 1992 by architect Donald Luckenbill, the house has been deeply renovated over the past four years to introduce details that focus on the horizontality of the property, for a final result that makes the home look akin to floating, whilst also maintaining the angular modernism-meets-eccentric-1960s interior design style. The home has been published in Elite Traveler, Dirt, AD and Wallpaper.
