The Paseo at Californian is a completed 53 affordable apartment units in the City of Los Angeles Westlake District on approximately 25,000 SF of land near downtown Los Angeles. Tanner & White worked in collaboration with affordable housing developer American Communities and its contracting arm, American Communities Homebuilders, to frame a development under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) in addition to securing funds from the Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) and the Community Development Corporation. The Developer secured critical support from the LAHD and Councilman Ed Reyes office. $21,000,000
