Metropol is a completed residential condominium project including 42 architectural residences located in Hollywood within walking distance of major entertainment venues, restaurants and the LA Metro. The construction typology includes four stories of Type V construction over two levels of Type 1 subterranean parking. The Developer navigated several key entitlement hurdles in the assemblage of three parcels including the vacation of an abandoned alley abounded by four separately owned parcels, commercial zoning and a major transportation corridor.
