CHEROKEE

Cherokee is a planned 46-unit multifamily project in Hollywood. Recognizing the intrinsic nature of the dense site and streetscape, the architectural design is intended to soften the density by orienting the residences around a lushly landscaped courtyard with water feature and pervasive “green wall” system. The project is located within walking distance to major entertainment venues, restaurants and the LA Metro. The construction typology will include four stories of Type V construction over two levels of Type 1 subterranean parking.
